LZMASE is a self extractor with many, many unique features:
- Optional password protection, which uses strong encryption with a hashed (SHA256) password, including Blowfish, Twofish and AES.
- Digital signatures.
- Controlled execution from certain paths.
- Grant and revoke access at any time from a digitally signed access control list.
- Much better compression than most other self extractors (LZMA or BZ2 compression).
- Saving and loading of all paramaters to a file, so easy to recreate.
- 100% free.
- Small overhead.
The digital signature features currently need work doing to make them much easier to use, the extractor is still very useful without them though.
Also note that the program will not clearup files that arent created by it, this is pretty standard though, if you application goes round dumping files all over the HD, don't expect the extractor to clear t hem up.
